Clothing Retailers Contribute $40 Million to Fund for Victims of Bangladesh Factory Collapse

Several large global clothing retailers have contributed $40 million to a fund that will support the victims and families of those killed in a garment factory collapse in Bangladesh in April. The tragedy, that killed more than 1,100 workers, highlighted the problem of dangerous working conditions facing many international garment workers.
