Does any famous person have more fun being famous than Bill Murray? This merry jester is given to wandering into people’s parties uninvited, pranking complete strangers and generally just being the best. Case in point, a bachelor party over the weekend in which Bill Murray made a surprise appearance, to the absolute astonishment of the fellas involved. There’s a video over at Deadspin (be warned, the guys shriek some shocked expletives when Murray shows up) of him crashing the party, and dolling out the following sage counsel:
“If you have someone that you think is the one … take that person and travel around the world. Buy a plane ticket for the two of you to travel all around the world and go to places that are hard to go to and hard to get out of. And … when you land at JFK and you’re still in love with that person, get married.”
He ends this very good advice (for those of us with the sort of money and jobs that allow for such things) by commanding the groomsmen to pick the groom up over the shoulders, and that’s where the video cuts. We can only assume Mr. Murray is taking them all on a trip around the world as we speak …
