North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un—who has not been seen publically for more than a month—missed another really big event in the country yesterday, leading to more speculation that something is wrong. Whether he is actually gravely ill or has been deposed by political rivals is unclear, but the 69th anniversary of the Worker’s Party founding event he just skipped is a big deal.
