The following clip was filmed in Kobane, a Syrian city on the Turkish border which is providing a makeshift home to thousands of men, women and children fleeing ISIS. Even though ISIS is practically right outside their door and their city is being rocked by car bombs, shelling and street fights, refugees are still attempting to provide some joy for their children.
