American Tourist Detained in North Korea for Leaving a Bible at His Hotel

An American tourist named Jeffrey Edward Fowle has reportedly become the third American to be detained in North Korea. Though details of his unrest are still unclear, a news outlet in Japan with diplomatic sources says that he drew the attention of authorities for leaving a Bible at the hotel he had stayed at. Back in April, North Korea arrested a 24-year-old American for erratic behavior and violating his tourist visa.
