After a (much-needed) three-month hiatus, the aptly named “Comeback Edition” of the RELEVANT Podcast is finally available. It features Adam, Maya and me yammering on like the old days, but with some added features.
Namely, a live in-studio performance by House of Heroes, a very thought-provoking interview with author and activist Shane Claiborne and an audio spotlight on the new Animal Collective album. And since we didn’t have real listener feedback, we simply made fun of print magazine feedback. Good times.
I’d love to hear your thoughts of the episode. We tried some new things, and of course, we were rusty. (If you were one of the unfortunate early adopters who downloaded the episode prior to 3 pm EST Saturday, you missed about half of the Shane Claiborne interview because of an audio glitch. It’s fixed. Feel free to delete and redownload.)
I’d like to know what you liked, hated, and any suggestions or ideas you have for future episodes. We plan on continually evolving the podcast this year, eventually actually taking it to radio, and have some good ideas in the hopper. But in this new season we’d love to give you more of what you want. More games? More interviews? Listener interaction? Ask below, and ye may just receive.
