Madonna. Madonna, Madonna, Madonna. What are you doing? Why this? Why now? Why ever? What on earth? On the eve of her release of Rebel Heart, the cover of which features Madonna’s head wrapped in some sort of black rope, she is tweeting pictures of some Civil Rights leaders wrapped up in a similar fashion. What Madonna thinks she has in common with the likes of Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela (also, Bob Marley) is unclear, but she should not be doing this. Apparently, the actual photos aren’t official (they were Photoshopped by a fan, who is upset that he is not getting credit, although that might be a blessing in disguise) but that doesn’t mean Madonna has to tweet them.
