It’s the end of an era for car owners who love driving shapes with wheels on them. Toyota is officially pulling the plug on Scion, a brand known for their distinctive designs meant to appeal to young customers and geometry teachers. Though in recent years, they released lines of more conventionally designed cars, they’re most recognizable vehicle was the boxy, xB hatchback which first hit the streets and mall parking lots in the early 2000s. There is some hope for Scion fans still fond of the brand’s bold designs though. According to a statement from the automaker, Scion is “transitioning to Toyota,” explaining that some of the vehicles will be “rebadged” as Toyotas.
