Tom Clancy, RIP

Famed and mega-successful author Tom Clancy passed away last night in Baltimore. One of the world’s most successful espionage novelists, Clancy is best known for his Jack Ryan character in books like The Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger, and The Sum of All Fears, which were turned into film adaptations with stars like Harrison Ford, Alec Baldwin, Ben Affleck and, this winter, Chris Pine.
