Study: Ignoring Phone Calls and Texts Is a Sign of Happiness

According to a new study, people who regularly ignore calls, social media alerts and text messages are happier than those who are always on their phone. Researchers followed the tech habits of 500 students and then examined how their mobile behavior affected their overall outlook. They found that those who were constantly responding to messages were more likely to suffer from anxiety.
