According to this story in The Hollywood Reporter, Scarlett Johansson and 12 Years a Slave breakout star Lupita Nyong’o are in talks to join the cast of Jon Favreau’s big-screen Jungle Book adaptation. Because of all of the talking animals, the Disney epic will be a “live-action/CG hybrid movie,” in which Nyong’o will play the wolf Rakcha and Johansson would voice the hypnotic python Kaa.
