The man behind the hit comedy Bridesmaids as well as some classic episodes of The Office, Parks & Rec. and Arrested Development may soon be at the helm of the long-rumored Ghostbusters 3. And, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the Paul Feig-directed reboot would also feature a primarily female cast. Though he hasn’t officially signed on, THR is reporting that he is Sony’s No. 1 choice to direct the franchise, and Feig has previously expressed interest in bringing the classic series back. Considering he hasn’t formally gotten the gig, it’s a little premature to speculate about casting, but, it’s probably worth noting that all three of his feature films—Bridesmaids, The Heat and the upcoming comedy Spy—star Melissa McCarthy …
