The official trailer for Paul, Apostle of Christ is finally here. Starring Jim Caviezel as Luke and James Faulkner as Paul, the movie covers the origins of the Book of Acts and Paul’s imprisonment by Nero.
The crux of the movie will be Luke’s efforts to spread the Gospel in the days of the oppressed early church, and Paul’s struggle to reconcile his past misdeeds with the broader purpose of his ministry. There’s going to be a lot of emotion, reconciliation, pleading and men hitting their knees and looking skyward.
We have to admit, we’re kind of looking forward to it.
