Epic Records has announced that they are getting ready to release an album of previously unheard Michael Jackson songs. XSCAPE is comprised of eight tracks that were left unfinished in the singer’s archives when he passed away almost five years ago. Epic chairman L.A. Reid hand-selected several producers (including Timbaland and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins) to contemporize the songs, but claims they still capture the spirit of the original work. He said in a press release, “Michael left behind some musical performances that we take great pride in presenting through the vision of music producers that he either worked directly with or expressed strong desire to work with.” The album hits stores on May 13 …
