Never Mind. Christian Bale Won’t Be Playing Steve Jobs After All.

Just two short weeks after it was reported that Christian Bale would take on the starring role in Danny Boyles’ upcoming Steve Jobs biopic, it sounds like things have fallen apart. Bale is out of the picture, and he’s actually just the latest casualty of what sounds like a very stormy pre-production process: David Fincher and Leonardo DiCaprio were also once attached to the film and have since moved on. Danny Boyle remains the director (for now), Seth Rogen is still set to play Jobs’ chief muse Steve Wozniak and Aaron Sorkin still wrote the script, so someone’s going to get a lot of scenery to chew.
