One of the hardest parts of quarantine season is staying active. Weeks of staying inside is bound to throw a wrench into your fitness goals, and you can only benchpress a broomstick so many times. But for those who want to keep moving in self-isolation, no less a fitness icon than Chris Hemsworth is ready to bring the thunder.
The Thor star is giving away six free weeks of virtual workouts on his fitness app Centr. The app has lots of home workouts and you can customize it for your own level, goals and whatever equipment you have around the house. There are even meal plans and guided meditation options, so it’s a good deal.
“Centr was founded to make health and happiness accessible to all, and I hope that this will make that access even easier during the current global health crisis,” Hemsworth wrote on Instagram.
You’re not necessarily training to get in superhero shape right now, but working out is good for your mental health, and you’re gonna need all the mental health you can get right now. A recent study found fitness is even better for your emotional wellbeing than money, so there are definitely perks to taking Hemsworth up on his offer.
