Laika, the studio that specializes in stop motion animation and gives us movies like Kubo and the Two Strings, The Boxtrolls, Coraline and ParaNorman, is back with another gorgeous-looking picture. This one is called Missing Link. It’s about a sasquatch. We’re so excited.
It’s a fish-out-of-water movie, sure, and we’ve seen a few of those in the past couple years with Wonder Woman and Christopher Robin, but let’s be honest, both of those movies were a great deal of fun, and Missing Link looks like it will charm our socks off. The voice cast includes Zach Galifianakis, Hugh Jackman, Zoe Saldana and Timothy Olyphant.
You have to wait a minute for Missing Link, but it will give you some nice holiday plans. It’s coming around Easter: April 12, 2019.
