2012 has seen the release of both ‘Magic Mike’ and ’50 Shades of Grey,’ which have taken erotica from the back alleys and into the coffee tables. Christians have fallen into two camps regarding commercial sexuality, with some saying erotica can be used to spur healthy sexuality and some fearing its dangers. So what is erotica exactly? And is its resurgence good news for sexuality?
