Anyone familiar with politics knows that filibustering is pretty ridiculous. Essentially, a politician takes the mic and talks as long as possible in an effort to delay a vote. So when an angry citizen of Pawnee (played by Patton Oswalt) took the podium at a city council meeting to discuss his ambitious plans for a new Star Wars movie, hilarity ensued on Parks and Recreation. Disney apparently thinks that you really want to see new Star Wars films. The company, which now owns the creative-stake in the sci-fi franchise, has announced plans to release a new Star Wars movie every summer through 2020. Starting in 2015, with Episode VII, they’ll release new “Episodes” every other summer, with films focusing on individual characters during the years in between. According to rumors, Yoda, Han Solo and Boba Fett will be featured in their own movies. There's a lot to love about this video. The fact that this dad went so all out with the costumes. The music that comes in at just the right time. The fact that videos of soldiers surprising their families at home is always heart-warming.
