German deodorant maker Nivea is behind one of the cruelest (and, we’ll be honest, funniest) advertising stunts ever. Here’s the set up: The prank’s victim is an unsuspecting traveler waiting for a flight at an airport. While they wait, actors with the ad agency covertly snap pictures of them, and within minutes, the picture is used on TV news reports and magazine covers while their description is read over the loud speaker warning that the “wanted suspect” is “armed and dangerous.” As you would expect, awkward hilarity ensues. The whole thing is eventually revealed to be part of Nivea’s “Stress Project,” because antiperspirant helps deal with stress—get it? … Discuss

 

Wendy's restaurants in Japan have started rolling out Caviar Burgers and Lobster Burgers as part of a something called a "Premium Fast Food" line. It's called giving the people what they want and, apparently, what their royal majesties want is a pile of fish eggs on top of a fast food burger to go. Be careful ordering this, everyone.
