Album Downloads for Print Subscribers
Q: I'm using the email address I subscribed with, but I still can't log in.
The RELEVANT account is a separate account from your print subscription. If you don't recall registering for an account, head to the subscriber download home page and create one by filling out the form on the right side of the page. After you register, make sure to enter your subscriber account number when you log in to receive all of your available downloads.
Q: I logged in to my account but I have no available downloads.
When you log in to the download center, it will ask you for your account number. You will need to enter the 10-digit account number listed on the front of the address label on your magazine. By doing this, you are letting us know that you are a print subscriber so we can make sure you receive all of your albums. If you still do not see your downloads, contact support@relevantmediagroup.com.
Q: I am missing an album. Where can I find it?
After you log in to your RELEVANT account, scroll to the bottom of the page and look under download history. Our album count is rolling; therefore you may not start with the first album, depending on the time of your subscription.If you don't see an album you should be entitled to, contact support@relevantmediagroup.com.
Q: I registered with a different address than my subscription. How do I receive the albums?
If you registered with an email address that is not linked to your subscription account, make sure you enter your 10-digit account number from the label on your magazine on the login page. You should then see your available downloads. If they still aren't showing, contact support@relevantmediagroup.com.
Q: How do I know what albums I should have?
The RELEVANT albums are released quarterly. When you subscribe, your confirmation email should include the link to your first available download. The remaining three albums will be available in the download center as they are released. Make sure to check this account throughout your subscription year so you don't miss the opportunity to hear great music.
Q: I have an iPad subscription that I purchased through iTunes, can I download the free albums?
Unfortunately, iPad-only subscriptions are not eligible for the free album downloads. However, albums are available to print subscribers who have activated their free iPad subscription.
Technical Support
Q: I forgot my password, but my account is blocked.
If you attempt to reset your password but find an error message that says your user account is blocked, it means that you registered for an account that has not been activated. To have your account activated, send an email support@relevantmediagroup.com including the email address or username that you registered with, and we will take care of it for you.
Q: The email address I entered is invalid when I try to restore my password.
If you receive an error message informing you that your email address is invalid, you do not have an account under that address. Simply register on the subscriber download home page and log in with your information and account number.
Q: I downloaded the album, but it won’t open on my computer.
Occasionally, zip files will not open if they are downloaded from certain browsers. If you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, try downloading the album using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
