The judge in the high-profile murder trial of abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell has thrown out several charges in the case, including three that he murdered babies that were born alive, for (what is believed to be) insufficient evidence. He was also acquitted of five charges that he abused a corpse, and six counts of theft by deception were dismissed.
