Sorry, fans of the Chicago-style deep-dish creation that resembles a pizza. According to a Justice in the highest court of our great nation, your beloved food is not, in fact, pizza. According to the Chicago Sun Times, while speaking at the Union League Club of Chicago’s 126th annual George Washington’s Birthday celebration (which sounds like a real rager), Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia said that the city’s deep-dish creation is “very tasty, but it’s not pizza.” It’s not the first time Scalia has issued a controversial ruling on the subject.
