Netflix’s ‘Fuller House’ Is Officially Happening

Cut, it, out: The rumors are true. Netflix is officially ordering a 13-episode sequel series to the classic TGIF sitcom Full House. John Stamos went on Jimmy Kimmel last night to announce the good news. Produced by Uncle Jesse himself, Fuller House will follow a somewhat familiar premise. From The Verge: “Pregnant and recently widowed DJ Tanner-Fuller (Cameron-Bure) is living with her younger sister (Sweetin) and lifelong best friend (Barber) and her feisty teenage daughter. All join to help raise DJ’s two boys and prepare for the birth of the new baby.” John Stamos has also signed on to reprise his role as TV’s coolest uncle.
