We may not have seen the last of the Bluth family. Netflix COO Ted Sarandos told reporters at a Television Critics Association press event yesterday that the team from the streaming network is all working on putting together season five of Arrested Development. Despite the mixed reviews of the highly anticipated fourth season produced by Netflix, everyone seems to be onboard to revisit the dysfunctional family, as long as schedules can be arranged:
As you can imagine, it’s an incredibly complicated show, considering how busy the entire cast is and trying to line up schedules. Everyone is trying to make it happen. And we’re trying to make it happen in a time schedule that works for everybody .. We’re very optimistic about how it all comes together.
After all, there’s always money in the banana stand …
