Liberty University, a Christian college in Lynchburg, Va., is having its case against Obamacare revived by the federal court, with the acquiescence of the Obama administration. Liberty is challenging the law’s requirement that most people either get health insurance or pay a penalty, as well as the law’s requirement that most employers pay for their employee’s health insurance, saying that the Affordable Health Care Act is a violation of religious freedoms.
