Even in an age where you expect big movies to have big marketing campaigns, the marketing campaign for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 has been very big. Sneak peeks, multiple trailers flashy posters and now, this, the long-rumored collaboration between some of the most bankable musicians out there right now: Kendrick Lamar and Alicia Keys, with Pharrell handling production, just to ensure this thing heads into the stratosphere. As is standard with soundtrack songs, the melody is a little forgettable, but this particular soundtrack song does have the benefit of an opening verse from Kendrick Lamar, who hasn’t recorded a forgettable line in his career.
