Did Spielberg's 'Lincoln' Actually Cast the Real Abraham Lincoln?

Is the alleged shot of Daniel Day Lewis all dressed up as Abraham Lincoln for Steven Spielberg's forthcoming biopic actually just a picture of Abraham Lincoln? Hard to tell for sure. Daniel Day Lewis is a very good actor, but this is just ridiculous. Sounds a little far-fetched that this movie would manage to somehow cast the actual 16th president of the United States in a movie about his life, but it's no more far-fetched than assuming that hair and make-up artists managed to make Daniel Day Lewis look exactly like Abraham Lincoln. Could go either way ...

It actually looks like one of the wax figures at the Lincoln Presidential Library in IL.

I believe it is Daniel Day Lewis. I am a big fan of his work and Hollywood can do anything these days with makeup and computer enhancement. Not to say that this photo wasn't doctored at all, but I can see a glimpse of Lewis in the photo. Can't wait to see this film!

Whats creepier than that walking around Richmond, VA, going to get lunch, and seeing him in character. Youd have thought the South had risen again.

Although it does look a heck of a lot like Lincoln, you can tell it is Lewis by the eyes.
