Police in Nigeria say that they believe the Islamic militant organization Boko Haram is behind a suicide bombing at a school in the northern part of the country. At the time of the attack, executed by a terrorist disguised as a student, the children were all gather to listen to a daily speech by the principle. At least 47 people were killed, and another 79 were injured. Children as young as 11 were among the victims. Boko Haram—who adamantly oppose Western education—has conducted similar attacks in the past.
