ELIGIBILITY:

You must be 18+ years of age and currently reside in one of the 50 U.S. States. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Giveaway, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate or win the Giveaway. HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway. To enter, you must complete all of the following steps between 9:00 am EST on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 and 11:59 am EST on Monday, March 22, 2010 (the “Entry Period”).

PRIZES:

Two (2) winners will be chosen during Entry Period and one final winner will be chose at the end of the Entry Period. Winners will receive a direct message via the social network vehicle they used to participate in giveaway and will have 24 hours to respond and claim their prize, a 16 GB Apple iPad with Wi-Fi (estimated retail value: $499 USD). Actual prize value may differ from estimated value. If winners forfeit or do not claim their prize, prize will be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Giveaway. All prizes will be awarded. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Giveaway Rules.
