You rarely read a book more than once. For most of them, there's just not much of a point. You finish them and then they line your bookshelf—like you're a hunter displaying pelts. But every now and then, a book is so captivating, so thrilling and so life-affirming, you have to pick it up again. What's the last book you read twice?

(does reading "Prayer and the Art of Volkswagen Maintenance" and then listening to the - free - audiobook of "Through Painted Deserts" count?)

The Hobbit, for obvious reasons.
After all, I agree with C.S. Lewis when he said, “I can't imagine a man really enjoying a book and reading it only once.”

Have re-read "The Chosen" by Chaim Potok and enjoyed all three times.
Re-read "Composing a life" by Mary Catherine Bateson, and still enjoy.
Also, "The Adventures of Kavalier and Klay" by Michael Chabon and think his writing is superb.
At the point in life (28) where re-reading is a lot of fun, and I often have very different opinions that I did the first time I read the book. Ender's Game ten years after the first read... didn't hold up as well as I thought, unfortunate!
