Well, that will about do it for summer. As we pack up our swim suits and jean shorts, dust off our scarves and sweaters, and order pumpkin spice lattes, it's time for the battle royale of seasons. Summer, spring, fall or winter: which season is the best season of all?

Depends on where I am. In the Pacific Northwest - Summer. East Coast - Fall.

Winter just barely edges out autumn for me primarily because of the Christmas season. I despise spring; the temperature rising makes me nauseous and brings tornadoes. Summer is just a continuation of all that. But autumn brings the cooler weather, and winter is gloriously cold.

I love the Autumn - just cool enough to warrant a sweater, particularly in the evenings, but warm enough during the day to make me want to stay outside for a while. It can be a little cool to ride my motorcycle through the mountains though, so . . . . Summer it is!

Autumn...jeans and sweatshirt weather...you can still enjoy ice cream or indulge in a hot apple cider...pretty colors and crunchy leaves...whats not to love
