An Ohio dentist office has offered to buy Halloween candy back from kids, paying $1/pound of candy (but the limit is a measly five pounds). The dentists are also holding a drawing where participants can win a bicycle. But $5 and the chance at a bike isn't worth all the Milk Duds you want ...
