A California woman tried to sue Cap'n Crunch cereal after having been deceived for four years ... she thought the "Crunch Berries" were real fruit. The judge dismissed the lawsuit, saying, "As far as this court has been been made aware, there is no such fruit growing in the wild or occurring naturally in any part of the world." Maybe someone should go ahead and tell her the pots of gold in Lucky Charms are just marshmallows ...
