According to a new report released Wednesday by the Trafficking in Persons Study Commission, about 1,000 American-born children are forced into labor and sex trafficking each year—in Ohio. The report also states that about 800 immigrants are sexually exploited and pushed into sweatshop-type jobs in the state.
