You never thought you’d see the day that Sufjan Stevens shares a compilation CD with Outkast, did you? Well, that day has come. The title of the new, free mixtape is Illinoize and features a variety of artists such as Brother Ali, Aesop Rock and Big Daddy Cane. Thought I was gonna love it after sampling the first song, then the language kicked in in the second and I canceled the download. Call me old-fashioned!

As in love with Sufjan that Relevant seems to be - I think he's way overrated as a musician.

well, that's your opinion, Foosh. Personally, I think you're crazy for thinking that. ;)
i'd agree traynor, saying Sufjan "pulled a Joaquin" is a bit of a stretch. It's just people fusing his music with rap. more like Jaydiohead, if anything.
