the movie should be about MacGruber, not Macgyver.

The only way a movie about MacGyver could work is if it starred Jack Bauer (not Kiefer Sutherland, but Jack Bauer).

Ummm ... I think you've both forgotten how AWESOME MacGyver was. Jack Bauer can't hold a candle to the guy.

It had better be amazing and authentic. MacGyver is a classic. Plus, if anyone else stars in this movie, it won't be a MacGyver movie. Richard Dean Anderson is MacGyver. Period.
