And given that they overcharged Casey Anthony in a zealous attempt to make a name for themselves, my conspiracy theory is that the prosecutor, who clearly bowed to public pressure, overcharged Zimmerman with a higher charge, so that when a jury doesn't have the evidence to convict him on this charge, they won't be able to even give him one week in prison on a lesser charge like manslaughter. My opinion: the prosecutor is doing Zimmerman a favor with this charge.
