SUBSCRIBER'S ADVANTAGE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FAQ

What is the Subscriber's Advantage Automatic Renewal Program?

The Subscriber's Advantage Automatic Renewal Program is an exclusive membership for RELEVANT magazine subscribers with guaranteed uninterrupted service at our lowest renewal rate available. RELEVANT makes your continuous subscription possible by charging your subscription renewal at the beginning of each period to the credit/debit card account you provided. If your credit/debit card cannot be charged, we will bill you directly.

How do I sign up for a membership for RELEVANT's Subscriber's Advantage Automatic Renewal Program?

When you subscribe to RELEVANT magazine online, you automatically opt-in to membership participation. If you subscribe by calling our customer service hotline, you can just tell your representative that you would like to participate in this exclusive program. You may be asked to verify your participation via email.

I'm subscribing online, but I don't want to sign up for a membership to the Subscriber's Advantage Automatic Renewal Program. Can I do this?

Yes. You can forego the special savings of membership in our SubscriberÕs Advantage Program and opt-out of the program by choosing to be billed for your offer instead. The reason we can offer such low prices for our Automatic Renewal members is that we save money on not having to send invoice and renewal efforts. In turn we pass those savings to our subscribers!

I've changed banks or my card has expired since I last subscribed to RELEVANT. How do I update the payment information for my membership?

You can do this one of two ways. For fastest service, you can call us at (877) 538-4417 if you are a U.S. subscriber or (651) 251-9689 if you are a Canadian or international subscriber. Also, before each subscription period we will email you an advance notice about your next subscription period and rates. The email will include a link that will allow you to update your payment information online.

When will my credit/debit account be charged?

The charge will appear on your credit/debit card statement within 30 days of receiving your advance notification unless you cancel your participation within two weeks of receipt.

What if I want to cancel my membership to the Subscriber's Advantage Automatic Renewal Program?

You have the right to cancel at any time. If you cancel your membership within two weeks of receiving your renewal notification, your credit/debit card will not be charged and you will not automatically receive your next issue of RELEVANT magazine. However, once your card is charged, your next issue will be processed. You can then receive a refund for all unfulfilled issues. Please cancel by calling our customer service line. U.S. subscribers can call (877) 538-4417, and Canadian and international subscribers can call (651) 251-9689.

I want to make sure I receive an email notification to my current email address. How do I update my email address?

You can update your email address, along with any other contact information, on the RELEVANT Subscriber Services site online by visiting www.RELEVANTmagazine.com/subservices. You can also call our customer service line.

I received my advance notification in the mail or via email. Is this a bill?

No. This is just a reminder that your credit/debit card will be charged with the start of your new subscription. If your credit/debit card cannot be charged, we will bill you directly.
